Homemade Hummus!

Simple Fresh Hummus

Ingredients

* 400g Tin of Chickpeas

* Juice of 1/2 a Lemon

* Teaspoon of Tahini

* 1 Peeled Garlic Clove

* Tablespoon of Olive Oil

Wash and drain the chickpeas then blend together with  the remaining ingredients. If the consistency is too thick just add a little water.

This will hold the in fridge for up to 5 days.
